These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seolikecrazy.com and the related SEO and AI-search tools and services (the "Service") operated by SEOLikeCrazy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and able to form a binding contract. No account is required to use the Service.

2. A free, ad-supported service

  • The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and affiliate links.
  • No account, subscription, or payment is required, and none is collected.
  • We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time.
  • Fair-use limits may apply to automated AI tools to keep the Service available to everyone.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, malware, deceptive SEO ("black hat"), or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Resell, white-label, or expose the Service via your own API without a written agreement.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights.
  • Submit inputs you do not have the right to process (including personal data of others without a lawful basis).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of inputs you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. Outputs generated by AI tools are provided to you for your own use; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before publication.

5. Third-party services & affiliate links

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party services (search engines, AI providers, analytics, affiliates). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or availability. Some links are affiliate links — see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, UI, documentation, and brand, is owned by SEOLikeCrazy and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI-search visibility outcomes. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to Your Content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
