Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, SEOLikeCrazy.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Damages arising from search ranking changes or traffic fluctuations
• Damages arising from search-engine algorithm or policy updates
• Damages arising from business decisions made in reliance on the platform
• Damages arising from AI-generated educational content
• Damages arising from third-party services, data providers, or integrations

Aggregate cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Protected Parties' total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SEOLikeCrazy.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Essential basis

You acknowledge that the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and that this Limitation of Liability is an essential element of the bargain between you and SEOLikeCrazy.com.
