Dispute Resolution

This section describes how disputes relating to your use of SEOLikeCrazy.com are handled. Please read it carefully.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@seolikecrazy.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Venue

Subject to the arbitration clause below, the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

Binding arbitration

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, in the English language, in Delaware (or remotely where the provider permits).

Class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and SEOLikeCrazy.com each waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

Small claims

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

Equitable relief

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
